Midstream Gas Process

Accudyne Industries pumps and compressors for upstream oil and gas production.
Accudyne products play keys roles in the transportation and storage of crude or refined petroleum products.

Natural Gas Dryers

Fractionalization plants treat the gas, remove water and waste products, separate and sell natural gas liquids (NGL’s) for blend components in refineries and as fuel or feedstock in the manufacture of petrochemicals.

NGL Storage Tanks

Midstream companies operate oil and gas pipelines and gathering or transmission facilities responsible for moving natural gas from the wellhead to downstream consumers. Common midstream processors include fractionation plants that treat the raw gas product, remove water and contaminants, and separate natural gas liquids (NGLs) for use as blend components in refineries or as petrochemical feedstock. Once purified, the remaining methane gas is compressed and distributed to downstream consumers. Accudyne Industries business units manufacture a range of pumps and compressors that play key roles in midstream operations:

Mole Sieve Dehydration

Sundyne compressors are widely used for mole sieve regeneration, off gas, natural gas boost, nitrogen circulation and demethanizer applications. Sundyne integrally geared and direct drive centrifugal pumps are widely utilized for boost, fractionation and transfer applications. Sundyne pumps offer low and very low NPSHr and are highly effective for bubble point liquids. HMD/Kontro and ANSIMAG sealless magnetic drive pumps are widely used to safely transfer NGL’s in tank farms, loading and offloading and pipelines.
Milton Roy mixers are widely utilized for tank storage and amine injection. YZ systems oil and gas sampling products measure and inject precise amounts of liquid odorant into each cubic foot, or meter, of gas that flows down a pipeline to ensure detectability.
